This page explains how to delete your workspace (company/tenant) and/or your user account in AssetFix.me.
Important: Workspace deletion is irreversible and may remove assets, requests, tasks, photos and comments.
If you are an Admin and you want to delete the entire workspace, you can do it directly inside the app.
If you cannot access the Admin account or the in-app deletion fails, email support@assetfix.me and include the workspace/company name and the Admin email.

Note: AssetFix.me is a B2B app. Assets, requests, comments and photos are typically stored under a workspace (company/tenant) and may be shared with other authorised users in that workspace.
Deleting your user account does not automatically delete the entire workspace. If you also want the workspace removed, use the in-app Delete Workspace feature (Admin only), or explicitly request workspace deletion in your email.
Processing time: We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
